GAME OF SKILL PRIZE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each photographic entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third-party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
• By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
• To enter, entrants must be a fencing contractor, tradesperson or fabricator or their employees. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
• Employees of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (D&D Technologies USA, Inc.) are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.
• Winners of the competition must be 18 years old and over and residents of the United States of America.
• The Promoter is D&D Technologies USA, Inc., 17531 Metzler Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92647
• The promotion commences February 1, 2022, and finishes March 4, 2022.
• Enter online by visiting D&D’s website (www.us.ddtech.com) and following the directions provided to full out the entry information and submit.
• Entries will be judged at the offices of D&D Technologies USA, Inc. by fence industry professionals.
• The winner will be notified in writing by email within two (2) weeks of the conclusion of the judging period.
• If D&D is unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the photo judging, and D&D has made every effort to contact them with the information provided by the entrant, then D&D reserves the right to award the prize to another valid entrant.
• Photo submissions should be of high print quality standard. High resolution is ideal but not compulsory. If your image is selected D&D Technologies may organize a professional shoot for high resolution capability.
• D&D reserves the right to reject all photo submissions within the judging period should the photos be of inadequate quality or presentation (low resolution, inadequate lighting or poor composition etc.) for printing and promotional purposes.
• The judges' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content.
• All entries become and remain the property of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (D&D Technologies USA, Inc.).
• All entries become the property of D&D. The promoter may use the entrant's names and photos for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
• All entrants release D&D and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this competition, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Game Of Skill, and/or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury.
• Prizes: Grand Prize (1) $1,000 (one thousand dollars) Yeti gift card. Second prize (1) $500 (five hundred dollars) Yeti gift card.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize cannot be exchanged for any other.
• The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
• The prize is subject to availability of the prize. If the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever D&D reserves the right to award a similar prize of equal value, or more, to the stated prize.
• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
• Any information you provide to D&D is personal information and is protected by the D&D’s Privacy Policy. D&D will not disclose this information to other parties other than in accordance with D&D’s Privacy Policy. 
• All entrants who choose to ‘opt-in’ consent to have their contact details (title, first name, last name, email, mobile or landline phone number, mailing address), released to D&D and to receive ongoing marketing material and correspondence from D&D.
